  • playground podcast studio is available from Tuesday to Friday 3pm – 9pm (excluding public holidays).  playground podcast studio開放時間為星期二至星期五 下午3點 - 晚上9點（公眾假期除外）。
     

  • This offer can be redeemed ONCE only.  此優惠只能兌換一次。
     

  • This offer is only applicable to the DBS BusinessClass SME Startup Disrupt Event. 此優惠只適用於DBS BusinessClass 中小企及初創創新科技活動。
     

  • Please note, this is a raw studio, it does not include professionals teachings on users setting up a podcast, record audio, edit audio, upload to podcasting servers.   請注意使用者需自行設置podcast，此優惠不包括專業人員協助錄製音頻、編輯音頻以及上載到平台。
     

  • Cancellations and refunds are not available for this offer. Bookings can be postponed ONCE only.  此優惠不能取消及退款。最多更改一次預訂。
     

  • Bookings are confirmed when payments are settled in FULL.  HKD 1000 deposit must be placed. The deposit fee will be returned on the day of departure given no damaged caused, any damages will be charged at original cost.  全額付款後才確認預訂，另需支付港幣$1000按金（如沒有任何損毀，按金會於當日離場時退還，若有損毀需照價賠償）
     

  • Illegal actions are prohibited (i.e.: sexual, or any other actions deemed inappropriate). If restrictions are breached playground.work reserves the right to take legal action.  禁止任何非法行為。若違反此條例playground.work保留採取法律追究權利。
     

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. 此優惠不可連同其他優惠一併使用。
     

  • In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. 若英文和中文版本存在任何歧義，應以中文版本為準。
     

  • In case of any dispute, playground.work reserves the final decision.  如有任何爭議playground.work保留任何取消，更改或終止的最終決定權。
     

  • This offer ends on 30th June  2021.  此優惠至2021年6月30日。
